So the other day I came home and noticed that electricty had been off for a short period of time. No biggy right well that is what I thought. So I turned on the computer that controls my Halloween display and went on about my business. Later I had remembered that I had not logged in on the computer cause it was about time for the display to come on and the computer will not control the lights unless you are logged in. So logging in it was time for the lights to come. I waited and it finally kicked on and looking out side I only saw a third of the display lights were on. I was shocked. Then realizing that the only lights that where on were plugged in at our shop and that the house plugs did not work. Needless to say the display was not on that night. Why they did not work; I still do not know why. So the next day I routed all cords to different plugs which worked. Thank goodness.
For the Christmas display I hope to have installed a removable spider/breaker box off of the main power box to control the displays from now on.
